Manufacturing process of wholesale custom plastic pet food containers:
1. We help customer make the mockup photo according to their design. The mockup contains Pantone color code for different parts of the pet food container like the lid and barrel, printing method of pattern, printing area, and size. Before production, we will prepare the material with color matched with the Pantone color code. 2. The lid and bin of pet food container will be produced by injection molding process, the burrs will be removed by worker staff, and the products will be packed into PE bags. 3. If the lid or bin need to be printed, it will be printed by our master with rich experience. The finished goods will be qc checked and packed into cartons, and wait for final quality check and shipment.
