The 15kg 30lb dog food storage container is our hot sale model. For customized color and printing, the MOQ starts at 500 pieces. You can tell us the Pantone color codes of the dog food bin and lid, we will customize the color for you. If you have the logo design file, pls send it to us as well, and we will make the mockup photo for your confirmation, and we will start production according to the confirmed mockup photo.
Lid Options Available
The lid1# has a paw shape on the surface, and on the inner side, there is a hook for attaching the measuring cup, which can be attached firmly to the lid. The lid 2# and lid 3# are classic types with no paw shape, while there is an engraved rectangle shape on lid 2# and lid 3# is full flat. The lid 4# is a simple design, and it is an economical choice compared with the other three types of lid.
Large Opening Airtight Lid
Inside the lid, there is a silicone sealing gasket. The elastic properties of silicone sealing rings ensure that a seal space between the gaps of the lids. Thanks to the sealing function, the pet food will stay fresh and extend the storage period.
The opening area is large, it is friendly to let pet owners reach the content in the deep location of the storage bin.
Exquisite Printing
Exquisite printing for infinite design ideas, as one of our client’s design patterns, the side surface is printed with hand-drawn style scale line with funny text to remind pet owner the level of pet food. In this case, there are two colors printed by the silk screen printing process. The printing areas are localized precisely, and after the air dries, the ink is vivid and has good resistance to fading. For every batch of printing, we conduct a tape test to ensure the ink is securely adhered to the product surface.
Semi-automatic Heat Transfer Printing
The heat transfer printing is conducted by the semi automatic machine. The machine is specially designed, providing accurate printing and fast process turn around time, to deliver high quality heat transfer printed pet food containers.
Bulk Production Capacity
More than 15 production machines are available to deliver massive OEM pet food storage containers. For regular OEM orders, the quantity is about one shipping container, and the lead time is- 15~20 days as per the factory production schedule.
