Large lid with smooth edge and corner
A protruding edge in designed on the large lid, so it is convenient to detach the large lid from the bin. The lid shape is smooth, without burr, and can prevent injury damage caused by accidental impact. The lid can be produced in any color according to Pantone color, in our previous OEM cases, they were made of vibrant colors like orange, green, purple, red, or made of grey, black, or white.
Easy opening small lid
By simply pressing the small lid to the large lid, the small lid will be closed, and keep the pet food inside the storage securely. The large lid and small lid are connected with the rolling hinges. The small lid has an oval overlapping structure, when the lid is closed, there will be no room for pet food to leak out.
Large lid for quick fill of the pet food
The large lid can be detached, allowing the pet food to be filled at convenience. If the lid can’t be attached, it will be hard to fill the storage bin in a convenient way. The large lid and the bin are connected firmly by the inner structure. The bin could be produced in transparent or in real color.
Accurate pouring opening area
The small lid offers a proper area for pouring the pet food into the pet bowl. Compared to the large opening, the area shaped by the small lid is helpful to let the pet owner control the flow size of the pet food container. By changing the angle of the lid, people can control the speed rate of the pet food pouring flow.
Accurate Pantone color matching
With our professional OEM production management, we prepare the color batch and mix it with the material, to produce the color material matched with Pantone color code. Before the massive production, we will check the pre-production sample if the color matches with Pantone color code and send the comparison image to our client. during the production, our QC inspector will check the consistency of color to ensure the product color is accurate in the entire batch.
